Iraq Constitution

Here's a great article by Mark Steyn, reflecting on the current events in Iraq. Lengthy, but well worth the read. He compares the situation to other recent attempts at drafting and adopting constitutions (the EU...) and gives high marks to the work that the Iraqis have done.
